I am attending the University of Illinois, working on a Masters degree in Education, focusing on E-Learning.
Professionally, I have taught adults how to access a learning management system, worked with subject matter experts, developed and managed courses for an employees’ required training, developed job-based computer based training programs, created corporate-wide used databases utilizing the learning management system, and created many training guides for job-specific use.
Also, I have on the administrative side, prepared meetings, classes, company-wide events, training materials, management multiple projects, and managed record keeping and reporting of computer based training to senior management.
